Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of iagpt at iagpt.net. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

The Service generates AI outputs that may not resemble your photo perfectly. You must have rights to any uploads. Do not upload content you do not own or are not licensed to use.

Your uploads

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. Do not upload someone else's private photo without permission, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal material. We may reject or remove content that fails safety checks.

Audio

Clips are silent by default. An optional royalty-free stock audio bed may be mixed in the browser for demos. If you add other music in another app, you are responsible for complying with that platform's rules and applicable rights.

Credits and free quota

Free and paid generation rules are described on the Pricing page. Failed paid generations should restore credits when checkout is open. Repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.
